Our site provides communication solutions and integrated options primarily for Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Toyota & Volkswagon. We specialise in providing aftermarket integrated solutions for vehicles fitted with Multi Function wheel controls, allowing you to connect Nokia and Parrot systems with a wide range of mobile phones and devices.
Using Your Mobile Device While Driving
It is illegal to use a hand-held mobile phone when driving and the penalties are going up. From 27 February 2007 you will receive a £60 fine and three penalty points on your licence[1]. Points can mean higher insurance costs.

Our range of Autoleads includes Telemute Leads, Parrot Adaptor Leads and Adaptors, as an authorised supplier, we are able to provide a wide range of Autoleads manufactured by Armour Automotive Ltd. Our Autoleads are supplied direct from Armour Automotive Ltd, therefore you can be assured that you are purchasing genuine Autoleads products from our online shop. Our range of Connects2 products includes Bluetooth Integrated Adaptor leads and Parrot Adaptors for Audi, BMW, Mercedes and most other vehicle manufacturers. We specialise in providing aftermarket Bluetooth connectivity solutions for vehicles with Multi Function Wheel Controls and have built extensive knowledge and expertise in this area. Our stock of Connects2 products are supplied direct from Mobile Entertainment Solutions Ltd. Therefore you can be assured that you are purchasing genuine Connects2 products from our online shop.

Integrated Solutions
Our range of aftermarket products currently available will allow you to install your chosen Bluetooth accessories into your vehicle, ensuring integration with the existing wiring and audio systems. Currently we offer a unique service for drivers of Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Toyota & Volkswagon vehicles with factory fitted 'Multi Function Steering Wheel Controls'. You can currently integrate Parrot CK-3000 Evolution, Parrot CK-3100, and Nokia CK-7W Bluetooth Car Kits. Our new range of Connects2 adaptors now extends this integrated option to most vehicle manufacturers. The car kits now compatible include Parrot CK-3000 Evolution, CK-3100, MK6000 & MKi ranges.
This system of integration using a 'Steering Wheel Integrated Adaptor' permits use of the Telephone Control/Volume buttons and allows you to control your mobile device from the Steering Wheel! Answer your incoming calls safely with the press of one button on your steering wheel controls or access your voice dialling functions with the same action. (auto answer facility negates the requirement of pressing to answer)

Parrot Bluetooth
We stock a range of Parrot Bluetooth Car Kits including the Parrot CK-3000 Evolution, Advanced CK-3100 and Parrot CK-3200LS Colour. Our stock is sourced direct from our UK authorised Parrot supplier providing you with the assurance that the advertised products are genuine original Parrot products. All Parrot Bluetooth Car Kits come with Power & Mute looms with ISO connections, this enables direct installation on many makes and models with ISO connections. Where your vehicle does not have ISO then our range of Autoleads & Connects2 Parrot Adaptors will allow you to integrate your chosen Parrot kit with your vehicles wiring system. Where there is no Parrot Adaptor available for your specific vehicle then our range of Telemute Leads coupled with an appropriate adaptor should provide you with a solution. An example of this would be a BMW Logic 7 Amplified system using Autoleads 06-903B + 06-427B > CK-3000 Evolution. The combination of the two unique Autoleads products converts the BMW Connections for use with the Parrot CK-3000 Evolution module.
Nokia Bluetooth
We stock a range of Nokia Bluetooth products and Car Kits sourced direct from our Nokia approved UK supplier. Autoleads Telemute Leads are directly compatible with Nokia Bluetooth Modules, such as the Nokia CK-7W Advanced Bluetooth Car Kit supporting the new 4 pin Micro Molex connector. Installing a Nokia Bluetooth Car kit in your vehicle is simplified through the use of a Telemute Lead and appropriate adaptor where necessary.

Online Payments
We accept all major Credit or Debit cards through Sage Pay our preferred online payment system. Sage Pay online payment facility allows you to make fast efficient and secure payments for your goods.
Items ordered from our site are normally despatched by Royal Mail Standard Delivery, Recorded Delivery or Next Day Delivery, providing an appropriate level of insurance for the items being sent. Orders within UK & Eire include free standard delivery *Other EU and international orders will be charged £8.95 at the checkout to cover additional Airmail charges, insurance & signed for service where appropriate. *Recorded delivery is also available as an optional service during the ordering/payment process. We recommend this delivery option, as it will prioritise your order and provide online tracking for products being sent!
Certain orders will be delivered by appropriate courier services such as City Link. Where a product is returned then the customer must meet the cost of returning unwanted or unused goods. Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed until the goods have been received in the condition when initially despatched. We recommend Recorded Delivery or Next Day Delivery when returning products. Returned items are subject to a minimum £5.00 return to stock and administration fee.
We are happy to refund products supplied for customer installation provided we are notified within 60 days of delivery and the product(s) are in their original condition and sealed packaging.
Where a car kit or associated products have been installed in a vehicle we would not be able to offer a refund under our 60-day returns offer! Where any products are shown to have a fault then the item(s) concerned will fall under the manufacturers warranty.
Installation
When our Professional Installation service is purchased online or with an Installation or Integration Package, the details provided relating to the vehicle and mobile device(s) being used are crucial to ensuring that the correct products are despatched. Always ensure that the details you provide are correct and that you can be available for the time and date of the agreed installation. If there is any doubt with regard to the products required please use our email facility. The installation engineer will maintain contact with our customers in the event that the agreed time or date has to be changed.
If you wish to cancel your installation or re-schedule for another time or date we require at least 24hrs notice by email to > Installation@fitbluetooth.co.uk
Fitbluetooth Ltd reserves the right to charge £25.00 fee for notifications of less than 24hrs or where incorrect information regarding the vehicle or mobile device has been provided.
In certain circumstances that may be out of our control we reserve the right to cancel an installation or delivery. When circumstances out of our control dictate, we are not liable for any compensation, or loss of earnings this may create. Installation of aftermarket equipment is at owners risk. Our installations are normally booked Monday – Friday.
Customers should note that due to variances in vehicle manufacturing processes we cannot always guarantee that the products recommended or provided will always be suitable. Should this incidence occur we would do everything possible to resolve the problem, which may involve providing different or additional products. *Any additional costs will be kept to a minimum and may have to be met by the customer.
We are happy to refund products supplied for installation provided the product(s) are in their original condition and sealed packaging. Where a car kit and associated products are installed we would not be able to offer a refund on parts or labour costs incurred!
Fitbluetooth Ltd systems come with a twelve-month warranty covering the installation, and one year’s free of charge warranty on all parts, as per manufacturers. If a service call is required and upon appointment it is found that the Phone or Device, Vehicle, User Error, Wear & Tear or any other part not covered by the manufacturers warranty that is at fault, then a service charge of £55.00 + VAT will be chargeable, parts may also be required/purchased to resolve the fault. Moving of parts/equipment for any other reason than installation error is not covered under the warranty.
The following are not covered under warranty: User Error, Misuse, Damage, Faulty/Change of Handset or Device, Kit moved to different car, Wear & Tear, Adjustment by anyone other than our engineer, Software Udates, or anything otherwise deemed outside of the manufacturer’s warranty. Service Calls will be chargeable prior to appointments being arranged, this is a fully refundable charge. Charges are refunded upon receipt of our engineer report confirmimg that either the equipment and/or installation work are at fault.
In the event of a service call we may need to send new parts direct to you for replacement. Once the service call has been completed we require you to send back any faulty/unused parts within 7 days of completion. These need to be returned using appropriate insured post/carriage to our site address and we are not liable for the parts while in transit! Any parts not returned within 7 days are chargeable to the payment method we have for your order or by invoice.
